Soave

An important historic winegrowing area that dates to Roman times. Soave Classico is a premium, dry white wine from the Veneto region, produced in the historic, hilly heartland near Verona using primarily Garganega grapes. Characterized by vibrant minerality from volcanic soil, it offers notes of chamomile, citrus, and almond, making it an excellent pairing for seafood risotto and white meats

Valpolicella

Its famous for red wines based on Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. It produces four distinct styles.


Light and fresh Valpolicella, vibrant with high acidity, featuring cherry and cranberry notes.


Amarone della Valpolicella is made from dried grapes (appassimento), powerful, full-bodied, high-alcohol wine with rich chocolate, raisin, and coffee flavors.


Ripasso so called baby Amarone providing a velvety, medium-to-full-bodied wine with notes of dark cherry, dried fruits, and spice.


Recioto della Valpolicella; a sweet, luxurious dessert wine made from dried grapes with flavors of figs, chocolate, and dark fruit.

Congeliano Valdobbiadene

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG is the hallmark of the best Prosecco wines. Complex aromas such as citrus with hints of floral notes, including ripe apple, peach, jasmine, pineapple, and grapefruit. Cartizze and Rive vineyards often have some mineral notes. Opt for Brut (Dry) or even Brut Nature.

An apartment home just 10mins walk from Porta Nouva Main station. Ideal for 3-4 people. About 20 min walks to Old Verona or 8mins on Bike. Book direct or via Airbnb. By coincidence, Domenico is related to Clementi Wines Valpolicella. A tasting visit can be arranged.



Car Rental

Avis - tip have full damage coverage. dents and scratches are so common. Look out for ZTL Zones as you will get a heavy fine for entering.
