Unique Experience.
IITS ALL ABOUT THE WINES. DOWN UNDER.
Here's some of the fun things to do in Sydney with a glass of wine.
Sydney Fish Market.

Sydney Fish Market. Newly opened Sydney Fish Market is a great experience when visiting Sydney. From fish bidding just like in Japan, to fine dining restaurants to the classic fish and chips, there's something for everyone. My favourite is Morton Bay Buys with Tasmanian Sparkling Rosé. Lua by Luke Nyugen is a great sit down place with seafood done with Asian recipes. Try Christie's Seafood for a quick oyster or Sit down at Hamsi Taverna bringing the heart of coastal Türkiye and the Mediterranean to Sydney Fish Market with it's bosphorus fish and seafood recipes.

La Charcuteria.

La Charcuteria. Located inside Hay St Market is another experience when visiting Sydney. As you might know Hay St Market is a real market with fruit and vegetables. Inspired by Barcelona's pixtos wine bar, a litte wine bar awaits with Jamon Iberico, cheeses and Spanish Wines only. You can also order food from other stalls including Turkish Gozleme and Mexican Tacos. Its is really a hidden gem.
