We aim to pay it forward in 2 ways.

Inspired by the Caffè Sospeso for suspended coffee where a cup of coffee paid is paid for in advance as an anonymous act of gratitute. The tradition began in the working class cafés of Naples,

where someone who had experienced good luck would order a sospeso, paying the price of two coffees but receiving and consuming only one.

Travelers We would like to inspire you to help locals by giving back when you travel overseas - 1 Coffee 1 Drink 1 Plate whenever you can. This could potentially help the local bar host more locals.

Sommeliers Just like the Master Sommelier program where you mentor / mentee about the wines. Post and write about your sommelier that you met overseas, their work, their wine journey. Offer opportunities to learn or to teach.
